Adbite, Inc. ("Adbite," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our platform users, website visitors, and the individuals whose data flows through our advertising technology infrastructure. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Adbite website, the Adbite Ad Exchange, SSP, DSP, and all related APIs, SDKs, and platform services (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy applies to: (a) publishers and advertisers who create accounts on the Adbite platform; (b) visitors to the adbite.com website and its subdomains; and (c) end users of publisher digital properties that have integrated Adbite's technology, to the extent that Adbite processes data on behalf of those publishers. If you are an end user of a publisher's website or app, please also review that publisher's own privacy policy for information specific to their data practices.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Policy.
When you create an Adbite account, we collect information you provide directly, including your full name, business email address, company name, job title, billing address, payment information (processed securely via our PCI-compliant payment processor), and any additional details required to verify your identity or establish your account type (publisher, advertiser, or agency).
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages viewed, features accessed, campaign configurations created, reports generated, timestamps of activity, device type, browser type and version, operating system, and IP address. This data is used to improve the platform, diagnose technical issues, and provide customer support.
In the course of operating our Ad Exchange, SSP, and DSP, Adbite processes bid requests and ad serving events that may contain: publisher domain or app identifier, device identifiers (such as IDFA, GAID, or hashed email addresses), IP address, user agent string, geographic location data (city or DMA level), contextual signals such as page category and content keywords, and audience segment identifiers. This data is processed in real time and retained according to our data retention schedule described in Section 7.
We use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies on our website and, through our publisher integrations, on third-party digital properties. These technologies help us deliver and measure advertising, perform frequency capping, build audience segments, and analyze platform performance. For detailed information on our cookie practices, see Section 5 below.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
In the normal operation of our Ad Exchange, bid requests containing user signals (such as device identifiers, IP address, and contextual data) are shared with authorized demand partners (DSPs, trading desks, and agencies) participating in auctions for publisher inventory. Similarly, campaign targeting information may be shared with authorized supply partners to facilitate deal execution. All partners are required to agree to Adbite's Partner Data Addendum, which prohibits unauthorized use of shared data.
We share information with third-party vendors and service providers who assist us in operating the Services, including cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, fraud detection services, customer relationship management tools, and analytics vendors. These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to Adbite and are required to implement appropriate data security measures.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a legal claim. In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the acquiring entity agreeing to honor this Privacy Policy or providing you with prior notice and an opportunity to opt out.
We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, such as industry benchmark reports, market trend analyses, or platform performance statistics, without restriction.
Adbite uses the following categories of cookies and tracking technologies on its website and through its publisher SDK integrations:
For users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and other jurisdictions requiring consent for advertising cookies, Adbite supports and integrates with the IAB TCF 2.2 consent framework. End users may manage their cookie preferences through the consent management platform (CMP) deployed by the publisher on whose property they are browsing. You may also use browser settings or opt-out tools provided at optout.networkadvertising.org and aboutads.info/choices.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding the personal data we hold about you. We are committed to honoring these rights promptly and transparently.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to all verifiable requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, to maintain your account, and to comply with our legal obligations. Specific retention schedules are as follows:
Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or is necessary to resolve outstanding disputes.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). In the preceding 12 months, Adbite may have "sold" or "shared" (as those terms are defined under the CCPA) personal information consisting of device identifiers, browsing data, and inferred interest categories with advertising demand partners for the purpose of targeted advertising. You have the right to opt out of such sharing at any time.
California residents may exercise the following rights without discrimination: the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold; the right to delete personal information; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
