Problem statement- One of the leading publishers who operates in the USA and India approached Adbite with a challenge they were facing. They have a great traffic of tech-interested audiences as they publish tech news, gadget reviews and future trends on their website.
They wanted us to help them increase their overall revenue without interrupting their user experience. They also had a lack of efficient ad units and programmatic expertise due to which they were losing a lot of revenue from their existing ad inventory.
Our Approach:
We analyzed the publisher’s website, and we observed that most of their traffic is coming from the USA, Saudi Arabia, and Canada. During the analysis, we also got to know that their page views were over 1.8 million and their bounce rate was around 35%.
Based on the analysis, our ad ops team started coming up with strategies to optimize the client’s website. As the publisher doesn’t want to increase their current ad inventory, we introduced our innovative ad units like in-banner, in-video, and scroller that helped them increase their revenue without adding extra ad units.
We also did floor optimizations by country and advertisers that increased the overall yield and revenue from the inventory by 75%.
In this way it helped them to increase their website RPM and overall profitability from the site traffic.
